Rae Morris

Renowned as one of the most influential Makeup Artists in the world, Rae Morris is not only a number one best-selling author but also four times Australian Makeup Artist of the Year, the longest serving Makeup Director for L’Oreal Paris (2003-2013) and has been inducted into multiple Halls of Fame.

Collaborating with some of the world’s leading photographers, Rae regularly works on editorial covers, and fashion and beauty features for magazines such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and I.D. Magazine.

In 2008 Rae’s first book, Makeup: The Ultimate Guide was an overwhelming worldwide success – since then she has published another 4 books culminating in the 2016 release of her 6th book, Rae Morris Makeup Masterclass. These instructional books are currently used as training manuals in top makeup schools around the world.

Dr Steven Liew

Shape Clinic’s founder and medical director Dr. Steven Liew (FRACS) is Australia’s leading new generation plastic surgeons and a global leader in cosmetic facial enhancement techniques.

The first Australian to be admitted as a fellow in plastic surgery at the world renowned Memorial Sloan-Kettering Medical Centre in New York, Dr. Liew made his mark early in his career, specialising in facial and breast aesthetic plastic surgery.

Dr. Liew has continued to specialise in face and breast surgery in Sydney. Dr Cara McDonald

Dr Cara McDonald is a highly trained specialist dermatologist. She is one of the directors at Complete Skin Specialists Dermatology located in Sunbury, Victoria.

Originally from Tasmania, Cara completed her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, where she was awarded First Class Honours. She also has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD).

Her specialist training in Dermatology was completed through St Vincent’s & The Alfred Hospital’s in Melbourne as well as Oxford in the UK. She continues to hold a public hospital consultant position at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.

Cara’s particular areas of interest include cosmetic injectables, acne, rosacea, scarring treatments and the prevention and treatment of skin cancer. Cara’s extensive experience in cosmetic injectables combined with specialist knowledge of the skin and anatomy allow her to offer the safest and most natural looking cosmetic treatments.

Cara is a trainer and advisory board member for the Allergan Medical Institute and frequently presents at meetings and conferences. She has a special interest in patient decision-making, the patient-clinician relationship, and the factors which influence trust and rapport in the clinical setting.

Dr Bryan Mendelson

Bryan Mendelson is a specialist Plastic surgeon whose practice is limited exclusively to surgery of the Face. His expertise is sought by people of discerning taste for either of 2 situations. Those who wish to maintain, or restore the freshness of their facial appearance naturally, without any trace of surgery. And those, usually younger people, wanting to enhance their natural attractiveness or even to become more glamorous, by enhancing aspects of their facial appearance.

Mike Clague

Mike Clague, has over 14 year’s experience in the medical aesthetic market. With international experience Mike has trained over 1000 doctors and nurses in the art of cosmetic injecting. He currently works as a cosmetic nurse with Assoc Professor Greg Goodman at the Dermatology Institute of Victoria performing injectable treatments.

Mike has a strong passion for the artistic side of injecting fillers and botulinum toxins. His favourite treatment to perform is facial reshaping for men or women. His overall favourite facial aesthetic is described as ‘90s Supermodels’. He believes 90’s supermodels (both male and female) possess a classic beauty combined with a sexy edge. He aims to make his patients more beautiful or more handsome rather than ‘younger’. Mike prefers natural looking results for his patients. Mike has a BSc with a major in anatomy. He has conducted many cadaver dissections both at university and while at Allergan in workshop preparation.

Mike Clague has worked with the major pharmaceutical companies in medical aesthetics. Mike has held 3 different roles at Allergan, joining the company just after the launch of BOTOX®. Mike continued to work with Allergan as a consultant in Asia for 2 years after leaving them to pursue his own endeavours... Mike is currently a National Trainer for Galderma and has worked with them for the last 5 years.

As a consultant Mike has helped hundreds of cosmetic clinics across USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, The Philippines and India to enhance their injecting skills and grow their clinics with various business strategies.

Mike and Assoc Prof Goodman, Dermatologist are Directors of an online training tool (Facecoach.com) and also offer premium in person training through Facecoach LIVE in Australia and NZ.

Dr Sarah Hart

Dr Sarah Hart graduated MBChB from Otago University in 1994. She has been practicing Cosmetic Medicine since 2002. After initial training in Psychiatry, she qualified as a member of the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Medicine in 2006. She now serves on the NZSCM Executive and Education Board.

Dr Hart has been an Allergan Advisory Board member since 2007. She lectures on the use of dermal filler and botulinum toxin on the international stage and trains practitioners across Australasia in facial rejuvenation techniques. She enjoys sharing the benefits of Cosmetic Medicine with a wide audience and has been able to do so with her work on three seasons of the TV series "Ten Years Younger in Ten Days".

Associate Professor Mark Magnusson

Associate Professor Mark Magnusson is a fully qualified Specialist Plastic Surgeon practicing in Toowoomba and on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. He has an academic attachment to the Griffith University School of Medicine Gold Coast Campus, Southport.

Special interests include Facial Rejuvenation, Breast Surgery and Body-contouring. A/Prof Magnusson has convened several Australian Plastic Surgery and Non-Surgical Rejuvenation Conferences. He is an anatomy tutor on Bryan Mendelson’s MAFAC (Melbourne Advanced Facial Anatomy Course) and for the ASAPS Anatomy & Injecting Workshop specific to non-surgical facial rejuvenation.

Research interests and publications are on Patient Safety in both surgery and non-surgical treatments, Breast Implant Associated-Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), Breast Implant Illness (BII), Breast implant selection, Functional Benefits of Abdominoplasty and Breast Device Registries.

A/Prof Magnusson is a member of a number of Advisory Boards with respect to BIA-ALCL. The Therapeutic Goods Administration Expert Working Group and a Global BIA-ALCL Advisory Board with members from Australia, USA, Canada and Europe which co-ordinates research into this disease in multiple centres.

Dr Greg Goodman

Dr Greg Goodman is an Australian dermatologist practicing in the medical, surgical and cosmetic sectors. With almost three decades of experience, Dr Goodman currently holds the positions of lead dermatologist at the Dermatology Institute of Victoria (Melbourne) and is Head of Surgery and leads the Mohs Micrographic Surgery Unit at the Skin and Cancer Foundation Inc., and holds an academic appointment of Adjunct Associate Professor at Monash University, Melbourne.

Dr Goodman holds a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) in post-acne scarring, a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) (Hons), and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology (GradDipClinEpi) from Monash University.

A Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (ACD), Dr Goodman is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and is national convener of the Australasian Society for Cosmetic Dermatology (ASCD).

Dr Goodman lectures in Australia and internationally on matters relating to skin ageing, skin care, skin surgery, the place of beauty and associated treatments. He has developed a series of educational software programs about skin ageing, skin care and patient communication. With numerous publications in acne scarring, skin cancer treatment and cosmetic dermatology, Dr Goodman is currently Associate Editor of the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and International Contributing Editor of the Journal of Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr Raj Acquilla

Dr Raj Acquilla graduated from Manchester University Medical School in 1999 and during his medical career has gained 15 years experience in Cosmetic Dermatology having performed over 50,000 procedures.

He is an expert in medical aesthetics, facial contouring and non-surgical facelift, Dermatological surgery including facial skin cancer and undergraduate / postgraduate clinical education. He runs busy private clinics in Cheshire, London and Ibiza in addition to his own Facial Aesthetic Academy where he is a recognised Masterclass Trainer using the latest and most innovative facial rejuvenation techniques from demonstrating all around the globe.

He is a full member and North West Regional Chair of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, UK Ambassador for Allergan Facial Aesthetics, Faculty Member of The European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery, IMCAS and Global Key Opinion Leader in the cosmetic use of Botulinum toxin and Fillers. He has been mentored by Dr Mauricio de Maio (Brazil), who recently honoured him among 20 international experts for his Compendium Board.

Professor Benoit Hendrickx

Prof. Dr. Benoit Hendrickx graduated summa cum laude in medicine at the University of Leuven in Belgium. He obtained his specialist degree in plastic surgery after training and fellowships in Belgium, the UK and Australia with a focus on microsurgery and cosmetic surgery. Meanwhile, he also obtained a PhD in biomedical sciences on the application of human blood derived progenitor cells in wound healing and skin tissue engineering.

He currently holds a consultant position as associate professor in plastic surgery at the Brussels University Hospital (UZ Brussel) and has two private practices, one Knokke and one Brussels. His focus is on breast and body contouring surgery, as well as facial surgical and non-surgical aesthetics. He is the author of many scientific and clinical publications and developed a profound interest in facial anatomy and injectables. He is teacher at many facial anatomy fresh cadaver dissection and injectable courses and organizer of several meetings on facial aesthetics and rhinoplasty. With this background, he acts as a consultant to several companies in the cosmetic field and is he developing new technologies to increase safety for injectables.

Prof. Dr. Hendrickx is a board member of the Royal Belgian Society of Plastic Surgery (RBSPS), a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), the European Association of Plastic Surgeons (EURAPS) and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS) and associate editor of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery-Global Open journal (PRS-GO).

Dr Rod Rohrich

Rod J. Rohrich, M.D., F.A.C.S. is an internationally known surgeon, innovative leader and educator in Plastic Surgery. He is Professor and founding Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, held the Crystal Charity Ball Distinguished Chair in Plastic Surgery from 1993 to 2014, the Betty and Warren Woodward Chair in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from 1999-2014 and is the recipient of the Rod J. Rohrich, M.D. Distinguished Professorship in Wound Healing and Plastic Surgery (bestowed by a grateful patient). Dr. Rohrich is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a clinical practice at University Hospitals/UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.

Dr. Rohrich grew up on a ranch in North Dakota and completed his undergraduate and postgraduate education with highest honors at North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota. He received his medical degree from Baylor University College of Medicine, graduating with high honors. After general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at The University of Michigan Medical Center, he did further training in pediatric plastic surgery at Oxford University in England. Dr. Rohrich completed a hand and microvascular fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He joined the Division of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 1986.

Dr. Rohrich is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the Plastic Surgery Research Council, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has served as a Director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and as President of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Rohrich is a Founding Member of the Board of Governors of the National Endowment for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rohrich currently serves as President of the Association of Academic Chairmen of Plastic Surgery.
